It is only now, on the one month anniversary of the installation of my "Custom 10" windows, that I have a chance to compliment you one your product and service.

As you well know since you have to survive there, the home improvement scene is difficult, competitive and confusing. Every company has the best product and service, or so every company says. The difficulty for the consumer is to distinguish among the charlatan, the mediocre, and the superior. I think I have dealt with the superior company.

Your professional sales presentation at the home show was reassuring as was the home visit and measurement from Lou. His advice on the options was helpful and without pressure. My final decision was to have the "Custom 10" without grids but with low E glass and argon.

Although it was not a surprise, it was certainly a pleasure to meet with your professional, good humored, efficient installation crew who worked so rapidly and effectively that my friends and neighbors can hardly believe it yet. I expected a great disruption in the house; the reality was that no one would know that a major installation was accomplished. They were sensitive to the structure and conscientious in cleaning and disposal.

Even better circumstances followed the installation. I can not believe how much better insulated the house feels. All of the sales claims were underestimates. In the time since the installation, the heater has hardly gone on even though we have had our share of 30-40 degree nights. The efficiency of the window is only exceeded by its convenience. Cleaning can not even be considered a chore.

In short, I am more than satisfied with your product and professionalism.
