This is the third time I used your company to have improvements done to my home. Our new doors are getting us a lot of compliments. I am also glad you always have the same installers. We have had no problems at all with any of your work. My next door neighbor had work done last year (windows & doors), by a home center, and they have been out 7 times already, trying to find the source of various leaks. Two of her windows already had to be replaced along with one of her door side lights. She tells us that the home center said that they can't be responsible for the work these sub-contractors do, and the sub-contractor blames it on cheap quality, and told her he's not coming back out. She told me yesterday that she will be calling you this week to replace the remaining 9 windows for the back of her house, and she is also interested in a Vinyl Deck, like the one you did for my sister. In short, I would like to thank your crew (Jim, Mario & John) for a job well done.
